Removal of Windows XP error message upon WinProxy installation.

Corrected a problem in incoming mapped ports in 4.0R1e (violation if proxy and destination ports the same).

Added support for DirecPC, on all platforms (tested on W98/Me, W2k already worked, and DirecPC does not support NT). WinProxy should be installed *after* DirecPC for the fix to work; recommended that you have the latest DirecPC drivers and a working DirecPC connection before WinProxy installation.

Fixed a bug that truncates some email messages with a specific character sequence and position.
