After the 30 day period has expired, free technical support is available via email and website only. Live telephone WinProxy support is also available for a non-refundable fee. | WinProxy 2.1 | |
| Lite and Unlimited User editions purchased after June 30, 1999 | Customers who purchased a Lite or Unlimited edition of WinProxy 2.1 after June 30, 1999 are entitled to a free download of the same edition of WinProxy 3.0 upon its general release to the public. Customers who purchased a product that contains an OEM version of WinProxy are not entitled to a free upgrade. |
| Lite and Unlimited User editions purchased before July 1, 1999 | Customers who purchased a Lite or Unlimited edition of WinProxy before July 1, 1999 are entitled to upgrade to version 3.0 at special customer prices upon its general release to the public. Upgrade options and pricing |
| Subscription edition | Customers who previously purchased a Subscription edition of WinProxy after February 1, 1998 are eligible for a free download of the Unlimited user edition of WinProxy 3.0. Subscription customers who are within their one year update period may continue to update to newer versions throughout their subscription period. |
