For your FTP applications to use Transparent Proxy from a specific client computer, that machine must have a Gateway assigned to the network card. The Gateway address must be the WinProxy internal IP address. If the client machine is set to "Obtain automatically", then it will get the correct information from the WinProxy DHCP server automatically.

1. Click on Options -> General Options -> Firewall -> the FTP tab.

1. Click on Edit -> Settings -> '+' sign by Connection -> Firewall.
2. Once you have confirmed your settings click on OK.
3. Click on File -> Site Manager -> Highlight your ftp site profile -> Edit -> General. The box next to "Use PASV mode" should be either disabled or grayed out.

3. Click on Edit -> Site Profiles -> Highlight your ftp site profile -> Advanced -> Connection. The box next to "PASV Mode" should be either disabled or grayed out.

1. Click on Connect -> Advanced.
2. Click on the Firewall tab.

1. Click on Connect -> Host Info -> Under 'Configured Sites' highlight your ftp site.
2. Click on the Firewall tab.
